Aspierationalism

What is it?

Aspierationalism is a philosophy that describes the human experience from a systematised and rational "aspie" perspective. It uses a simple model called The Four Rings to demystify human nature and explain why people do the strange and irrational things they do. It also helps those of us on the spectrum to understand how we're different from the rest of society in a way that doesn't present us as inferior.

Aspierationalism is a powerful tool we can use in our daily lives. When applied, every interaction provides an opportunity to gain new insights into ourselves and others. That's the fun part of Aspierationalism, and the more you learn, the more you feel like you have a genuine superpower. These insights can radically alter how you see yourself for the better. They can free you from self-imposed limitations and many of those imposed upon you. Best of all, they will help you find peace of mind.

Aspierationalism is not a religious or spiritual philosophy. It's an alternative to the psychological schools of thought that are skewed in favour of the dominant neurotypical population. Aspierationalism draws inspiration from the fields of evolution, neuroscience, psychology and sociology, but it doesn't use jargon. You do not need a science background or even a high level of education to understand and make use of Aspierationalism.
